oops...
Watch it when your notes clash with your chords; It could produce a beautiful sound, or, unfortunately, in this case, an out-of-place tone. It kind of ruined the song for me...
Ok. I'll try that then...
I feel like the percussion didn't fit with the instruments, and the speed was a little slow for a chip-style song. It did, however, follow in the 'Rat's steps. Also, the bit at 1:21 felt like a mess. I couldn't really follow anything.
I agree, the part at 1:21 is a bit hard to follow and Could have used some sort of top melody. I did, however, make this in about 3 hours xD So yeah. Thanks for the review dude :D
A little slow for my taste, otherwise nice.
Thanks for the review, and glad you liked it ! ;)
I really like this one! We really should do that collab sometime... Been so long! :P
I really look foreward to working with you!
And if you ever want this stuff on spotify, just send me a message!
P.S. I would call this Happy Hardcore, but thats not an option on Newgrounds...
P.P.S. The key change at 2:38 gave you a bonus star...
Thank you dude :3
I get the idea on syncopation, but it takes away from the song because it sounds a bit out of place, ya know what I mean?
No.... what do yu mean?
Well done! - one star for the beginning, but good job!
Yeah - that is really annoying for me, too. For some reason, when I exported it out of Garageband and posted it here it suddenly became really quiet!!
There a few notes off... but this is why I'm scouting you:
A: You have ambition. You are already making an album, and that's exactly what I did first. I think that improving music quality is very important, but this is a good start.
B: You have improved so much. That is a sign. I'm sure if you keep a good pace then you'll have great work in no time!
C: You've got the skills. I can tell you have a nice foundation of music theory and know what to do when you write a piece.
That's all. Shark Out.
Thanks SharkBite. I know I have a few notes off. But I first wrote this on the piano. I used a chord book to help me. Then I wrote the middle part on bass guitar. Then I went into my electronic music studio and turned it into an electronic music song.
